Doing some work on the house and a slip of some material and it snapped the hose bib off behind the threads. Needed to turn water off to the house to get it stopped. Called Aaaction Plumbing, they quickly got me in touch with Ed, he explained the timing and said he could have a technician within 1-2 hours, which was fine. Ed kept me in the loop, as I was away from the house in the afternoon. Called me again when the technician was on the way. Javier our technician called when he arrived, then gave me a check up call with his diagnosis, a few items he warned me about (thankfully, we didn't have to replace any more than the broken line. Called with a price, I gave him the go ahead, and within a couple of hours of me placing the first call, he had my connection fixed, tested and the water was turned back on. Couldn't be happier!!
